How do I "take a break" from GameJolt?

This is a serious question.

Every time I try to take a break, I end up just as active as before.

So tell me,

How do I take a break.

Should I take a break and go back to playing FNaF: Managment Wanted?

Why can't I relax?

I feel the need to constantly check in on here so everybody stays ok...

Why am I like this?

Why am I so kind?

Why am I...me?

I am so scared for @BOXZEE 's safety.

I will legit have a panic attack if ONE MORE bad thing happens.

Talk to me @BOXZEE , you're clearly not ok, I can help, and I will NOT rest easy (or at all) until you talk to me.

I just wanna give up (not suicide) at this point, do I give up and quit GameJolt?

*sigh*

Every time I wake up, something bad happens...

Maybe if I...sleep forever (like cyrostasis, not suicide), nothing bad will happen?

I honestly feel depressed about this site...

No joke, my hands are shaking, my breathing's getting kinda faster I think...I dunno.
