mods in LISA

I have no idea how common of knowledge this is, but I might as well share it in case someone doesn't know

If you press F9 during testing in the overworld, you can turn switches On and Off and determine variables during the game

How much for a mod/fanmod where it's just Brad beating the sh!t out of thugs, bandits and gangsters for the sake of it?
