Looney Tunes-ass bug with the dialogue system

It's mostly harmless and funny, and would be easy but tedious to patch out... I haven't yet found any places where it causes any REAL issues... the choice remains of whether to patch it or not.

Been trying to play the Warlords of Olathe boss from the joyful definitive edition and honestly while I like the approach of the fight on a metaphorical sense. I really would love a mod with a rebalanced fight that you can actually win somehow.
