I really like Zelda because of its exploration aspects!
#HappyBirthdayMiyamoto! There are so many Nintendo games that I love and played over the years. But one franchise that comes to mind is the Super Mario Bros. Its gameplay of tight control and ever-challenging levels is a great concept to appreciate.
