The greatest boss battle I ever fought has gotta be Tabuu from Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
It's one of the coolest finales I've ever experienced.

#GJAsks what's the greatest boss battle that I ever fought was Gannon from Ocarina of Time. Meeting him playing the organ was just the beginning as you defeat him and the castle collapse that led to his final form was all cinematic and epic battle.

Galeem and Dharkon is the greatest boss battle i've ever thought, and i defeated them and completed the story mode: World of Light in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

The final Bowser fight in Super Mario 64 DS. Pretty challenging (at least I thought so when I first completed it xD)

I think Chrono Trigger should be more recognized. It manages to be a much better RPG than many currently available, and the BEST Super Nintendo game.
