He'll run to the next cam every 20 seconds. When he gets to your office use the mask to fool him. He won't enter the vents. If you don't use your mask, then your audio lure wont work temporarily.

I just played the entire demo of the game and so far night 1 and 2 are pretty good, no sign of W.T. Yoshie.

Taingle Mechanic Idea
She'll start with W.T. Sonic & W.T. Mario. She'll mostly be on the ceiling. When she gets into the office, use the mask to fool her. If you don't use the mask she'll mess with your audio devices for 1 hour. She won't enter the vents.
