Snalky as Huggy Wuggy

SWC Fact :

Snalky used to be named Snaky but it kinda sounds like "snacky" so i added an L to prevent pronunciation spelling issues

Before, Oxser’s legs used to be thinner, that was because i used human limb pieces to make his legs

but now he got a better legs, shoes, torso and headphones (as small changes)
