Another piece of my oc, this time I tried to make them a bit more menacing (tho I’m not sure if i did it right)

I have a new persona for GameJolt... he's a different character from my mothman persona... but kinda the same? He is a god of karma and punishment... his name? 64.EXE...
(Heavily based off of @XAVIAR_ZIP & @ENGEL-EXE's online personas.)
