Hes a character based off of @BOXZEE's ABASOLUTELY FRESHALICIOUS OC, Clarke!!
He's a Radio-Headed object the same way that Clarke is one of those movie clap-boards and he's a radio show host! (He's also short and gave him a blind eye >:)
