Iron Lung is a horror game created by David Szymanski, published on Steam on March 9, 2022. Set entirely within a claustrophobic one-man submarine SM-13, nicknamed the "Iron Lung", you must blindly navigate an ocean of blood to take photographs of key locations, and hope whatever lives below doesn't find you.

The movie adaptation of the game, directed by Markiplier, was released on January 30th, 2026.
