The Boiled One (Genesis version)
The one-armed #Necromancer !
I had a lot of ideas for this one,but eventually decided on this idea of someone who sacrificed one of their own arms to gain powers to revive the dead.
Tried making a sprite based off of Motley's first clothing design in the second pic
