i found a colony in level 3 there called the pipers there safe you can trust em

i found a bottle cap in some floors its their currency and its pretty easy to find

thing it does: it follows you when your not looking and takes your stuff

how bad is it: not to bad you can talk to them and be friends with one

where can i find one: in the clothing store
