Blue hill zone uses the color palette from conic 1
Reason: tried porting BHZ act 1 (conic 1) to a unused level that used the same palette as BHZ (conic 2)
guys, Im going to be continuing making more conic srb2 sprites, and even try to find a modder that can make the conic srb2 mod a reality!
