Speaking of upcycling. One of our favorite things to do is raid Spirit Halloween for the day after sales.
This was a comic style Deadpool belt that had the buckle ripped off. Heavily discounted, I decided to just 3D print my own replacement.

No 3D printer? Try upcycling costume pieces. This was my first upcycle back in 2014, before we had a printer.
Note, the Rubie’s Star Wars weapons are about 70% the original scale. Great for youth.
It has been slightly modified, spray and hand painted.

In for repairs, Chirrut’s Staff from Star Wars Rogue One. The glue gave way on the middle connector. It prompted me to dig up some old build photos of it.
