Dishonored Bone Charms
Airbrushed vs hand painted. The @AugmentedArtist 3D printed them and I painted them.
Contemplating repainting the double charm for a consistent look.

My Paint Techniques - Selecting Sandpaper
Continuing my series on painting. Selecting a quality paper.

My Paint Techniques - Glazing Option 2
You can use Sandable Filler Primer in place of glaze. You can use both, one first, or the other.

My Paint Techniques - Wet Sanding Part 2
Following along on my how I paint series. I had to break the videos up.

Some pics of my Star-Lord’s helm.
It is a respirator base mask as the means to wear it. Magnetic clasps that hold the back closed. The hoses are shielding from an HDMI cable painted silver and the screen is clay molding wire. Model from MyMiniFactory.

My R4 Astromech droid (R2-D2) with real binary droid speak!
The natural language returned is converted into pronounced syllables and converted to phonemes. Each phoneme is mapped to a frequency that is beeped back through the Windows Beep API.

Dr. Strange
3D printed Eye of Agamotto, spell, and cloak clasps. Spray and hand painted. The Eye is lit by a powered LED.
Costume soft parts by EZCosplay.

My 3D print of Do3D.com’s Damaged Nano Gauntlet. Meant to look surging with energy. Printed in clear and lit from inside. The fake plasma energy is made with EL wire coated in clear PLA. Each Infinity Stone is dyed PLA with an LED inside.

This is a 3D print of Star-Lord’s helm with some custom embellishments. It has a respirator base mask as the means to wear it and magnetic clasps that hold the back on. The hoses are the shielding from an HDMI cable and the screen is clay molding wire.

Had this wig at home and some anime unboxing to do - the moment I saw the cap I knew it was calling for a Misa-inspired look!
