Should there be a dictator type killer in DBD?

I have some killer ideas, but you don't have a killer channel, so I had to improvise. also note that I've only seen gameplay, not play the game, so if this seems unbalanced, feel free to tell me in the comments.

A "Springtrap in Dead by Daylight" animation is in production as another attempt to get Scott's attention so he'll maybe consider actually allowing Springtrap to be added to the game.
