Should there be a dictator type killer in DBD?

I’m surprised nobody’s fighting over if pinhead or spring trap is the new killer.

This killer tier list is not only based on my experience playing them, a lot of them are based on what I've seen from gameplay videos and other people's opinions, do ya'll agree or ya'll would rank some killers differently?
