Hey Deltarune fans i was on the chechos Deltarune rp and remembered this does anyone know where its from or the lore?

#GJAsks, "What forgotten series should get a sequel?" EARTHBOUND, AND ITS NOT EVEN FUCKING CLOSE. I HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED THE GAME AND ITS GREAT.

This is cool but I’m pretty sure it’s fanmade.

The tentacle things at the bottom of the screen, the odd color palette, the weirdly scaled sprites, the sneaking gimmick that we KNEW was unused…
