I doubt anyone remembers it, but I have a take on Monika.EXE.
The shown quote is a hint to a bit of her lore, and may or may not appear in her story(when I start back on it lmaooo-)
Btw her name is Monika.CHR, or Mako. Helps her identify a bit better.
