I only See the New chat And Game library On the Browser. When is it Gonna be Moved to The Client?

I have been having problems with the website because when I enter it tells me that the page is under maintenance but then I touch the logo and it takes me to the menu I do not know why this happens but I leave a photo so they tell me what it is

i cant see if a community have a new post or a feature and it shows that only if i clicked on the community and click on another one or go back to home page
