Is it just me or some posts disappear sometimes?

I cant upload any videos. It just goes to 100 percent and then says it didnt upload

embed thing is broken-

Is everyone else's xp bar going up? I've done quite a lot on here (at least I think so) and it's still at what it was when I made an account.
