I Having Problems With Chat.

ok now it won't let me select someone to chat with help-

Chat won't come back.

Please explain why this issue with the chat server is happening

So there is a error/bug that is going on with the chat. Some people have there chat up, some don’t. For me my chat is not up… Are you guys fixing this right now?
