why are the posts keep unpin itself

I can't open the site and when I try to download in the gamejolt client it fails. I need help on how to fix this.

I can't seem to set up the marketplace for sales. I set everything up it asked but it still says It need more info but there's nothing left to add. I tried emailing the support they replied once and never again

Every time I join a fireside, the stream is always just a black screen.

This has been since the first time I joined a fireplace.
Which means I actually never got to experience a fireplace stream.

When watching a fireside and going out of the game jolt tab for a while (on the website), the screen on the fireside goes blurry. This is really annoying when trying to multitask.

Then you have to reload the website for it to load. Game Jolt, fix this.
