Questions in Game Jolt

heya gamejolt client won't open on my pc a Windows 7
yes i tried running as admin and reinstalling the client app
but nothing ever happen, it did run on the background but did not open as a window
my only guess is that it dosn't work on windows 7 anymore
idk if this happens to other people but somtimes when i try to uninstall a game it has an error saying there was an error uninstalling same thing somtimes when i try to install a game or that it cant be uninstalled
ok so this bug has been around for years on gamejolt ever since i joined
so when the post counts to when it was posted when it goes past 29 seconds it goes to a minute.

This has been happening to me for like, FOREVER and finally decided to show it
Random images happen to be photo negative to me, and it can be ANYTHING, from stickers to pfps to the damn Gamejolt logo and even this community
Also it's very inconsistent
