Is it possible to use a Username that is already taken but that account with that already taken username is banned?

Uhm... I am using Windows 10, and for some reason, the gamejolt client doesn't load the App or anything, it just gets stashed into the background processes.

Just a couple of minutes ago i completed this Quest by giving a charged sticker to a GameJolt Creator but it didn’t complete properly because the progression bar is still empty and there’s no “Claim rewards” button, pls fix this because it’s annoying.
