when i try to upload my game zip folder for windows It get stuck to 4% or 2% or 10% and stay like that for like 1 to 2 hours and the game don't upload

It says that my gamejolt is having problems updating but there shouldn’t be any problems. Also when I go to search gamejolt on my desktop it doesn’t load but it loads ther websites. Can anyone help me out with this
