aka "fake notification"

Could it be removed at last?

Make a feature where you can Direct Message people you aren't friends with (depending if they allow you to)

And I suggest make the setting automatically (Only Friends can Dm)

1. Everyone Can Dm

2. Only Friends Can Dm

Idea what if you make it so people can make their own custom backgrounds, and avatar frames but they have to use joltbux to make them and after you make one, you can buy it for your friends
