How to make Commmunity Invites?

(i kinda also want a discord-like way to do it. like theres a button to make invites)

Is there some mechanism by which community posts are automatically featured? Or am I featuring stuff in my sleep in the middle of the night and not remembering? 😅

What does levelling up do? Are there any special features at all?
