Oh yeah, never explained it, but the black goo from the OC's eyes and everywhere in this one - is hatred pouring out
And that's why the eyes are pure black as well.

The pattern on Arbok's hood had me laughing a bit as I was drawing this. LOL I don't know, it's just kind of a funny face! Sorry Arbok, ya just don't frighten me.
