on weshek interweiv he say that Wave 1 of Teasers is finished wave 2 will have 10 teasers BUT it wont begin until Trailer 1 is finished so to me Wave 3 will have 15 or 20 teasers but wont be until trailer 2 is finished and trailer 3 is final trailer

In Wiki its say that jolly 4 is STILL IN VERY EALRY DEVELPMENT so i think jolly 4 may release 2023 midlle or late or even 2024 that my theory
