Homemade Crunchwrap for dinner last night! Surprisingly easy to make. Giant tortilla, tostada for the crunch, velveeta cheese for gooeyness, taco meat, shredded lettuce and all the fixings!

I've been busy over the last week. Here is an old fashioned truck cake I made. Pain in the butt to make but looks neat, so I wanted to share (and prove I'm still alive!) I'll also have some more to show from the air show soon...
