In the OST release of Smash 64, the song for Peach's Castle is named Peach's Castle Sky Stage
The other names for the tracks there are their Japanese names tho (Mushroom Kingdom is Ancient Kingdom Stage for example)

Am I the only one that REALLY wants a platformer Mario game based on some of the tracks in Mario track
Maybe it could be like Super Mario Run, but there are so many good choices like Wild Woods, Sherbet Land, Choco Mountain and Rainbow Road
