do you have to beat the main game for solstice?

i cant find the save_oneshot file that i need to delete

reading a summary of oneshot's main story then gonna play solstice i guess

i cant progress in oneshot because you need to go back to the glen to get the tube of water

now i can only do solstice ending because you can't properly reset the game as far as i'm aware
