I love Psyduck but Golduck's design is meh imo so I took two most interesting things about Golduck from pokedex

he's a fast swimmer

Gem glows

and gave it my own design based more in Psyduck yet changing some things (like giving it Gentoo Penguin wings)

Just finished some birthday celebrations this weekend between myself & my friend @Minicher , so I decided the best little surprise I can put for us both is 2 of our favorite Pokémon with party hats! (yes, we are basically the same age, just 3 days apart) 🎉
