General in Pokémon

I have come up with a couple of Ideas for my fan-game so let me know what you think

1.tri-types (three typed pokemon)

2.different starts (being able to start as the hero (normal) or as the villain)

3.the region is based in Brazil

Production of my unnamed Pokémon game starts on the 14th of December Australian time. The Onomatone contest entries will be inside the game as Fakemon. Comment what the game should be called, as well as any extra pokemon you want added!

gliscor...my favorite pokemon was cut from the new games, this fact made me rather upset, however I know I am not alone in this sentiment, so if your favorite pokemon was cut let me know with a comment with the name of that pokemon (or more if you want)

i want to create a pokemon fan game what engine is good for this? (i thinked in mugen but don´t ill be in the right genre (for pokémon of course but have too good fan games of pokemon made in mugen but suggest an interesting engine please)
