how do i play a show tape

so I downloaded a showtape for replay but when I opened it, on the show selector thingy it just says test and doesnt do anything. does anyone know how to fix this? is it a bug with the tape or the game?
Showtapes I installed don't show up when I press the Play Showtape button, can someone help me?
I've done it! I've finally completed a Faz-Anim tape. I apologize that it took so long to complete. I had been losing motivation to program for quite some time now. The song is The Wellerman. Enjoy!
