how do I like record a video of my shows to post on YouTube is it through the game or is it through my computer?

Is it just me or whenever I try to program something and faz anim or in real to real I always have issues when programming because the movements become out of sync with the music and the mouth movements I don't know how to describe

This is my first show (don't judge too harshly) and in this show I've rendered the opening scene from fnaf 9 but only as a performance (this show is programmed exclusively for stage number 1)
