Is it free roam or one room deal?

Hey I have got some true info on rat race YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN MAPS IN THE GAME (I asked @LuminanceProductions about the maps and they told me you could make your own maps)

A question of what the game will be, I imagine it is a center of fun but of free rom being still in a chair I do not know

I have a question, what happens to the losers? If they die, then why is this game show legal?

How Does the Game Decide which 4 players to pit against each other?

And Is it possible for 1-3 People to play against CPU-Controlled Players and against each other?

Is it multiplayer?
