Realizing Luna is an incredibly weak being that wants to put herself in danger 24/7 so she can explore and I can be entertained:

Play em like a deck of cards.

(Joke, as in these aren't the characters she manipulates, she does try to manipulate some "heros" and some "villains" not anyone she cares too much about though.)

All flaws aside. How powerful do you think Luna actually is? You can rank her by experience, physical combat, power, or just general skill. Explanations would be appreciated but aren't necessary.
