I'll just keep it simple and open-ended and just say Lucius can manipulate blood. Not dry blood though, since it's dry lol.
Lucius barely has any abilities to be able to attack. All he has is claws and fangs. And since he's a Sanguinarian vampire, I could give him some sort of blood-related ability. Since "sanguine" is related to blood and all.
My PC is unbearably slow, I will have to do some stuff and reboot, see you guys in some hours!!!

Y'all remember when people used to get mad or depressed when I don't reply? But then when no one talks to me for 4 hours I am supposed to be completely stable and happy, This is so boring to the point it makes me want to turn my PC off forever, seriously.
