I'll just keep it simple and open-ended and just say Lucius can manipulate blood. Not dry blood though, since it's dry lol.
Lucius barely has any abilities to be able to attack. All he has is claws and fangs. And since he's a Sanguinarian vampire, I could give him some sort of blood-related ability. Since "sanguine" is related to blood and all.
Question to like the people who like DW, should I give all the characters beta designs similar to how Satanos’s characters do?
