i downloaded sinister turmoil :sewers and i extracted the files but when i try to open it as an administrator or normally nothing happened

I downloaded the sinister turmoil sewers but I cant get it to open if you can send me a video on how to do it or steps to do it that would be awesome

Unless you are showing gameplay of Sewers, please refrain from posting. Most of the posts here aren't gameplay of Sewers, and are attempts to advertise their unfinished game, which is not a good thing for everyone here.
