Is it meant to happen ingame (most recent tealerland) That when willow attacks, yes you stand and stare at her, then tracy OR frill will attack right after, and you can't duck into a hall.

I beat the game a long time ago and I loved it so much which made me want to unlock all of the achievements. Though I just decided to look back at the game and I realized I never got Talk to the axe. Does anybody know how to get it?
