do you HAVE to put lootlocker in the game? I can't seem to get the extensions to work and it would be much easier without it. i use gamemaker btw

Are we allowed to make game assets and concept art before the jam begins? Are we also allowed to program before the jam as well? Or does it all have to be crammed within the 15 day period of the jam?
