Does anyone know how to get realtek headphones to unmute, and was updating the driver related? ._.;;

Oh yeah, and the console for my headphones says it's not supported anymore after troubleshooting said for me to reinstall the driver.

For some reason I can't hear a single damn sound on here unless I turn the sound all the way up. I've tried most of the troubleshooting, and it's extremely frustrating,
