Oh hey, it's Chara's favorite Undertale anniversary: The 9th one! I'm sorry for the lack of line variance with this one; I had to rush it in order to get it done before midnight in my time zone. But still, happy anniversary!

Meet Bloom (Working name), a receptionist for the Resting Grounds' renowned inn. Her design is based on a therapy exercise involving trees. My friend @KillerFurby 
drew her design, and I translated her into the sprite you see now.
