General in Virtual Reality

guys, I'm running out of ideas. my quest 2's tracking is lost. head rotation doesn't work and my controller don't connect. I've tried hard resets hundreds of times and I don't know what to do. someone please help

so i went to my rec room on quest two and i forgot that i spawned SO MANY GRENADES and right then and there i pressed the grip button then let it go and... my game frickin lagged out, and the worst part is i had to wait for my power to run out. BRUH!
