(I left a Cesar cipher that if you find out the answer you will see what I think shadow candy is)

(9+10)=19 (33+77)=110

19*110= 2090/100 = 20.9+ ((sin(π/21+e/21) *√(21)) -0.21 + 1) =21

Conclusion: 9+10=21
