Youtubers can agree on this surely, that you play a game go to sleep and wake up with a copyright strike, now I apologise for being the bearer of bad news but alot of free sound fx online does actually have terms that the music and sfx cannot be played in a YouTube video as only the developer has rights after purchase / download.

This may of course put off alot of tubers as they of course don't want to get a copyright strike and compromise their channel.

So my idea is have a catagory on Gamejolt called "Games for YouTube" or something similar and the rule is you can only upload games to it if you are 100% that all the sound and assets are safe for you and anyone streaming your game, this way I think a heck of alot more let's player can benefit from the partner program and also all the great games that developers can make for them.

Undertale got a tab so I think this is a good one. Any suggestions?..

And before you mention no not just adding it to the partner program I mean clearly stating these games are 100% safe.

And if you make your own sounds then of course this does not apply but let's face it with all the coding, modelling, texturing etc making sounds is low on the list.
