So new to game jolt i dont know how to open up half the games i dowload the download into win rar dont know what to do

double click the zip file and drag the files to an other folder. if that helps :P
Since you have Winrar, you can just right click the zip file and click the "extract to blah blah blah" option. Then open the resulting folder and double click the executable file.

when i open fnaf killer in purple game it says:app cannot be founded

On Chromebook you can only play browser games. Downloadable games won't work.
1st of all... Most downloadable games are Windows only, and wouldn't work on other systems anyway, unless you look emulation tools like WINE, and even then the success is not guaranteed. Second, even more importantly, ChromeOS was never designed for that kind of use. ChromeOS is nothing more but a browser disguised as an OS. It uses a Linux kernel, so basically Linux games could in theory work, but since ChromeOS was not designed for that, and Chromebooks are also as minimal on the hardware as possible, which is given their primary purpose only a logical thing to do, and if you don't know what you are doing, things can go wrong every easily, so I recommend against the practice.
People always want to ignore me when I say it (which will only mean you don't wish to be helped). If gaming is what you need a computer for... DON'T BUY A CHROMEBOOK! Chromebooks are wonderful computers if you only need a laptop for looking things up on the internet, keeping your e-mail and social media up... Frankly all the stuff people abuse a mobile phone for for reasons beyond people with a DECENT mind, but for serious work and most of all for gaming they are not suitable, and they were also never even developed for that purpose, so it's not so strange either. I know it's tempting to buy a Chromebook because they are cheap, but always take in mind what you need a computer for before you purchase one.

When I try to open "Sonic exe: spirts of he//" it says I need to open it in internet explorer, but when I do it opens then not even a second later it closes itself out. What should I do?
